Bronze is an alloy of copper and tin. However, bronze materials are classified in accordance with the ratio of the elements such as zinc, lead, aluminum and nickel etc. within the material.

Bronze material is highly resistant to environments such as corrosion, seawater and acid. In particular, it is one of the indispensable products of the vane pump and ship construction industries.

Dikkan Metal produces its products by way of sand casting method.

Sand casting is a production method which is made by copying the model placed between the drag and cope of a sand mold and pouring molten within the mold. In the sand casting method, different molding methods are used depending on the type and size of the material. From these methods, "green-sand molding" consists of silica sand, bonding agent and water. Molten metal is poured into the skillfully compacted mold. With the semi-automatic molding line, the castings are made by means of the "resin sand molding method" with air-setting resin, and of "green-sand molding method" with the jerk and compression molding machine.
