Quality control processes are carried out in accordance with the quality standards of Dikkan and within the framework of global and local standards of the products.
Our quality control process is evaluated under 3 main titles based on production stages:
1-Analysis including the casting process
It is ensured that the product is casted according to standards and transferred to the machining process by continuously following the chemical and mechanical analyses of the material before, during and after casting. Controls are performed with samples taken from the furnace and bar drawing.
2-Control and analysis including the machining
These are the dimensional controls performed to make sure the components are produced according to the specified drawings. They ensure compliance and consistency of product drawing.
3-Controls in the assembly stage
These are functional, dimensional, and visual controls performed before and after the products are assembled.
Functional control: Analyzes of the valve's functionality and performance in accordance with customer expectations.
Visual control: It includes visual controls such as unpainted surfaces, paint quality etc.
Dimensional control: It analyzes the conformity of the finished product to the system.
The product is ready for shipment after all controls are completed.
